Well, just a quick note to say I'm down another 1.5 to 2 lbs. I'm going to stick with the current calorie intake of around 2400 calories with fat content slightly below 15% of total calories. Protein stays at 190 grams or higher.
I began January at 190 lbs., went up slightly to 191 when I started creatine, and am now right at 186 or a hair above. It seems most of the weight loss came in the last two weeks, so I will continue monitoring to make sure I am not going down too fast.
Sounds good. I didn't notice any drinks on your FitDay logs, do you have much apart from water?

Drinking water. Not a lot else. Some completely free softdrinks (no calories, no caffein, low sodium). Also, coffee with nothing in it.
