So, in the bodybuilding world, when you say you are "stacking" supplements, you mean you are adding them together for some effect. For instance, you can stack creatine with whey powder to increase muscle building. Personally, beyond that, I'm not into the supplements thing. But, I've come to realize that a lot of normal eating can really be thought of in the same way. People eat to alter their mood and performance all the time.
Lately I've been telling people I'm stacking Diet Mountain Dew with my low cal diet. I drink two or three a day. I have so much work to do. Matt Furey might tell me I'd be as well off drinking piss. But boy, I sure can do a lot. I'll have to detox in April; I do feel more than a little wired.
And I thought from the title you had a part-time job in the local supermarket :)
