Scott provides an interesting link to a piece by Alwyn Cosgrove on working out with little equipment. I like the real world perspective of this article. If you travel a bit, you find yourself dealing with every sort of gym equipment imaginable. It's hit or miss whether you will find equipment you are used to or can even figure out.
Most of the time, you feel lucky if you can hit some sort of maintenance level with what's available. The great thing about Cosgrove's article is that it makes minimal requirements on available equipment. This one's a keeper for me, and I've bookmarked it in my delicious account.
Thanks Bud, you've managed to finally tip me over the edge. I've actually started using del.icio.us :)

The Cosgrove article was great, worthy of a bookmark. You can see it in my recent bookmarks column.

Are you pulling those bookmarks in from del.icio.us?

Yes, I'm using the del.icio.us rss feed to my michigan weight training account.
