Well, I continue to lose weight. A peek at the fitday profile shows I've gone down another three pounds. That's not really desired. So, I'm forcing food. This evening, having already consumed what I thought was my daily intake, I added a potato and yogurt. I've decided to try to push up to 2800 calories consistently.
I suspect the weight loss will end soon enough. The insane workout schedule with Arnold ends about a week before her April 29 competition. Not really sure what we'll do after that.
Potato and yoghurt? Not together I hope :)
