You have to admire The Training Station, a site I found today as I was looking up how to do rack pulls for my upcoming periodization program with Arnold. They must have 100 different weight training exercises illustrated on one page with little animated images like the one to the left. Clicking on the image at the site, brings up a larger image of the exercise plus some informative tips. If you have some notion how to do weight training, this treatment is informative enough to get started in many cases. For instance, it's clear that rack pulls are just truncated deadlifts.
Nancy and I are both kind of excited to be adding some powerlifting elements to our training program. Our last effort was marked by doing a lot of purely bodybuilding work. Mind you, the program had variation in rest, repetitions, and exercise grouping, but it was always basically the same exercises. As Chris Dorr has noted of bodybuilding exercises, it can feel like you are just working particular muscle groups umpteen million different ways over and over again.
I'm looking forward to some variety in training technique.
That is a good find Bud. I've added it to my bookmarks.

More powerlifting elements - sounds good.
The only comment I'd make on rack pulls - which may not be clear on the linked site - is that they can be done from any height, not simply from above the knee. Change the starting height according to your own deadlift sticking points.
