Yesterday was the first day of increased chest intensity in our hypertrophy program. It went reasonably well. Almost everything was at 70%. This next week is a high week where we'll bump up another 5%.
Here's the workout noted in weight/repsXsets:
- bench press (70%): 125/10X4
- incline flye (70%): 30/10X4
- front press on cybex (70%): 80/10X4
- incline side lateral (65%): 15/8X4
- dumbbell shrug (70%): 50/10X4
- biceps cable curl with EZ handle (70%): 70/10X4
- seated calf (70%): 115/10X4
This next week should be interesting.
