Some pretty nice gains there Bud. Congrats. If depth is something your looking for on the squat, do some front squats. You'll get down for sure! :) Make sure you do a lot of dynamic stretching as well. I've found that really helps me out.

I was happy with the deadlift. I think we started too low the last time. We might have gone higher on the squat too. The key there is getting better form.

Good job on the new PR's. I am in MI too and I know how hot it has been the past few weeks, it sure makes good workout that much more tough.

My blog name was a typo. I did not notice for some time and when I did it was too late to change.

I live in Traverse City, about 4 hours North of Detroit.
