That's a nice weight for the skullcrushers. Is the 1RM for those a calculated estimate, or have you worked up to the 100% mark?

The 1RM is calculated/guessed. Nancy and I are currently evaluating what to do 1RMs in. I know we will keep the bench. I think 1RMs make sense for compound exercises.
