The hypertrophy workout sounds quite reasonable to me - I guess you'll be able to measure the improvements in a couple of months.

How are you monitoring change in this combined hypertrophy/strength phase : size, strength gains, bodyfat levels etc?

Scott, we're looking at strength gains more than size. We're trying to hold weight steady.

Bodyfat is interesting. You'll likely be hearing more from us later.
